In this whirlwind of feelings and emotions caused by the Coronavirus with conflicting messages from Government, the media, ‘experts’ and conspiracy theorists, who can you trust?
If you find yourself asking this question, then the simple answer is nobody! The only person you can trust is yourself.
However, when we look at ourselves, we often don’t like what we see because we have spent a lifetime focusing on our imperfections and disadvantages and blame them for what’s wrong in our lives.
In addition, more than 90% of us are in fear of making a change to our lives, either we are afraid of what might happen, have tried before and failed, or didn’t know who to turn to.
For many, our world seems to have stopped, yet conversely this affords us an ideal opportunity to take stock of our lives.
If we want to create change, now is the perfect time. We owe it to ourselves and our family. Life, work and play is never going to be the same again.
Whether we like it or not technology and the internet have become major platforms for our lives. Either we can be told what to do or, with outside help, we can create our own strategy and design the way we react and interact with the world.
We have been born with innate wisdom, abilities and potential beyond our wildest imagination and it is vitally important that we are able to link into this wisdom and take control.
To help YOU connect to your spark of wisdom – a deeper level of yourself – I will be facilitating a free guided meditation, followed by coaching to help you identify with your life’s purpose and how to achieve it.
When you trust yourself, take responsibility and have a greater intent, you will achieve what you set out to do. You will become an innovative leader who will help transform our society from the inside out.
These sessions will be held over Skype or Zoom every hour between 10am and 5pm (except 1pm). There may be others on this session, but groups will be small and everyone will have an opportunity to be heard.
You become the architect of your life and a role model for your children to empower them to fully express themselves – and they will thank you in ways you can’t even imagine.

I’m Alan Wilson, a mindfulness practitioner and life coach since 2002.
