It seems there are more and more people suffering more and more problems on a daily basis.
OK this is only my view; see how it fits for you.
Almost every minute of every day we are offered the choice of being controlled by problems or as I prefer to refer to them as ‘challenges’ – opportunities to grow. When we are at our weakest we tend to see more of these challenges.
At that point we are coming from our head. So we go into the past to review what we did last time and it’s likely, because we are surrounded by negativity, we failed last time and probably the time before and so the spiral begins.
Now at this point you’re even lower, I don’t know why this happens because I’m not a psychologist, but we tend to look for more negative experiences (it might just be the negative culture that’s embedded in our society) and if we can’t find them in the past we will look at possible opportunities in the future to worry about and imagine bad outcomes.
By this time you are feeling pretty low and in a bad place, you have less confidence, self-worth and don’t trust yourself.
Can you choose to stop the spiral spinning downwards?
If you are on this website you are likely to have done some personal development work on yourself and had some really great experiences. And when you’re in the bad place, you might even beat yourself up for knowing better and not choosing to get out of it.
That’s OK. Life happens. And the more work you do on yourself the less time you will spend in the bad place. We are all work in progress, be gentle with yourself you are changing the habits of a lifetime.
When you choose to get into your most resourceful state you are better able to manage the challenges around you and your *vibration and frequency are at their most effective. This is also when the Law of Attraction is working at it’s most effective for you.
You’ll be tapping into your inner guidance, gut feeling, intuition, sensing, knowing AND be less in your head and more in your heart. Does that make sense?
Do you remember the ‘Establishing a good frame of mind’ chapter from our book “How to be a Parent Champion and add magic to your family”, some suggestions:
• take a brisk walk
• play some music loudly and sing along to it
• stand up and have a big stretch
• jump up and down ten times
• stand outside and take some deep breaths of fresh air
• think of something you enjoy and breathe deeply
• think about the best your life could be. Where are you? What are you doing? Who are you with? etc.
Have you created your personal resource anchor? Or what did you do last time? Above all remember why you are doing this, to help your children be the best they can be.
And of course being a member of our Community you’ve got your friends to give you a rise in your mood!!
Why is all this important? Because children and teens are sensitve to your emotional state and will kick off and press one of your hot buttons!
